How do I create an Account for a Client on Beautster?

1. Go to www.beautster.com 2. Click on Sign Up dropdown menu on the top right-hand corner 3. Here, you can sign-up by logging-in with your Google/Gmail login or entering your email address. Note: Whether you choose to sign-up using your Gmail login information or your email address, you will be prompted to sign-in using your existing email and password. 4. To sign-up by email, enter your Full Name, E-Mail address and desired password. 5. You’re all set! Next, it’s time to customize your new Beautster profile.

Booking an Appointment

Booking your appointment with a talented Beauty or Wellness professional has never been easier! Beautster is dedicated to offering you 2 convenient ways to book your next appointment! Here’s a step-by-step: Book all your Beauty and Wellness appointments by scrolling through photos of work done by our exceptional professionals. 1. Go to www.beautster.com and login to your account 2. Click on the beauty category you’re interested in booking. (Cut & Style, Color, Nail Art, Laser, etc.) 3. Next, select a specific service sub-category based on the type of service you are searching for. (Balayage, Highlights, Shellac, Underarm Waxing, etc.) 4. Scroll through our portfolio of photos and sample pictures done by Stylists and Beauty Professionals near you 5. When you've found your favorite beauty style or service, simply click on the photo and you’ll be redirected to the Stylist’s profile 6. Here, you can request a quote and even ask questions about the Stylist’s work 5. Next, scroll down and select your desired service 6. Choose your desired appointment time and date 7 Click ‘Confirm’ which will send your appointment request directly to the Stylist or Beauty professional Note: This is an appointment request – once the service provider accepts your request, you will receive an appointment confirmation.

Book through Beautster’s Vertical Search Option

1. Visit www.beautster.com and login to your account 2. Enter the Salon name, service type, or the name of a specific stylist you'd like to find 3. Enter your desired location 4. Click ‘SEARCH’ 5. Scroll through the lists of Professionals near you 6. When you've found a Professional you'd like to book with, click their profile to open it 7. Scroll down and click the desired service(s) 8. Choose your desired appointment date and time 9. Click ’Confirm’

Where can I View my Appointments?

Once you are logged in to your Beautster profile, select ‘My Appointments’, where you can view a list of your past and future appointments. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, you’re in the right spot – easily make changes to your appointments with just a few clicks.

I am unhappy with a service I booked through Beautster - how can I file a complaint?

Once an appointment booked through Beautster has been completed, you will receive an e-mail inviting you to rate the service you received as well as write a review about your experience with the Salon or Spa. Once posted, your review will be visible to other users, so be mindful and professional about the types of reviews you leave. If you prefer to share feedback discreetly, feel free to contact our customer service team –we are here to help, and we would love to hear from you.

How do I pay my professional?

Beautster offers 2 simple ways to pay your favourite Salon or Spa 1.) Pay at the Salon or Spa Please check with the Salon or Spa to find out which payment methods are accepted. 2.) Online Payment During your appointment booking process, you can secure your appointment slot with a Credit Card – your card will be charged once your appointment has been completed. Please note: - Some professionals have a strict No-Show/Late Cancellation Fee policy in place - For instance, if you cancel an appointment with less than 12 hours’ notice, the Salon or Spa can charge you a fee - To avoid these penalties, ensure that you cancel or reschedule your appointment well in advance – please check individual Salon or Spa policies as they often vary

How can I use my voucher?

All vouchers received from Beautster can be used online and are only valid for online payment. There are two types of vouchers: 1.) A voucher stating a specific, fixed amount off - $10 OFF for example 2.) A vouched offering a percentage off the total price – 15% OFF the total service price Simply enter your Voucher Code at checkout, and Beautster will do the rest. Please Note: each customer can only redeem 1 voucher and all vouchers have a specified expiration date, after which they are deemed invalid.

- No Show & Late Cancellation Fees - If your professional missed the appointment - Bad Quality Service 1. Need to Know: Professionals set up, create policies and charge customers using Beautster’s Online Payment tool. If, however your service provider charges you incorrectly, we will work together to change, refund or edit your charges accordingly once we have taken a look at the error. 2. How No Show/Late Cancellation policies work: Professionals are free to determine whether or not they would like to charge their clients no-show or last-minute cancellation fees. * Each Salon and Spa’s policy is displayed on their online booking page. When a client misses an appointment or cancels outside of the allowed cancellation policy window, the Salon or Spa can charge a percentage of the service price as listed on their booking page. * This policy is meant to protect service providers and help them recover a portion of their lost revenue. 3. Issues with a Salon or Spa’s Service: If your service provider misses your appointment or if you are unhappy with the quality of your service, you will need to contact the professional directly. Overall, Salon and Spa professionals are very willing to accommodate unsatisfied clients and make corrections when necessary or if possible. Terms of Service: "Beautster does not have control over the quality, suitability, reliability, timing, durability, legality, failure to provide, or any other aspect whatsoever of any Services provided by Professionals nor of the integrity, responsibility or any of the actions or omissions whatsoever of any Professionals or Clients. Beautster makes no representations or warranties whatsoever with respect to Services offered or provided by Professionals or requested by Clients through use of the Services, whether in public, private, or offline interactions".

How Do I Cancel my Appointment?

Please Note: If you must cancel an appointment with less than 24-hours’ notice, certain service providers may not allow you to cancel within that window, specifying that you contact them directly instead. On the other hand, other stylists may charge you a cancellation fee. Remember, you have full control over your schedule and you are free to edit, cancel, or delete appointments at any time! Practice common-sense: if you no longer need an appointment or if you just need to change it to another day, please follow the directions below in a timely manner: -Log into your Beautster customer account -Open the appointment you wish to cancel -Click Cancel -Confirm your Cancellation You may also contact your service provider directly to ask them to cancel the appointment for you.
